What is MioPocket?
MioPocket is an "unlock" (or alternate frontend) for Windows CE-based devices, mainly GPS navigation devices (aka "PNAs"). It is an installable package of programs, scripts, registry files and skins to "unlock" GPS/PNA devices and allow them to be used for far more than just navigation (ex. for music, movies, appointments, multiple navigation apps, etc.). MioPocket is the most-packed and most-fully-featured unlock for PNAs available and is free and legal to use, as it consists 100% of freely-distributable content. What MioPocket is not is a replacement for MioMap, Mobile Navigator or any other OEM navigation software. It is just a frontend from which you may launch your device's navigation software or other navigation software that you've purchased.

What types of programs does MioPocket come with?
MioPocket comes with just about everything that you might want: three media players (video and audio, nearly all popular formats, including MP3, WMA, AAC, OGG, MP4, H.264, WMV, MOV, DivX, XviD and more), three e-book readers, multiple dictionaries (including English to 5 languages), dozens of games, two image viewers, two paint programs, MS Office document viewers, text editors, handwritten note-taking apps, four general GPS plotting/mapping apps, three different appointments/tasks apps, a contacts app, a calculator, a unit converter, registry editors, task manager/switchers, file managers, an alarm clock and more (all free/shareware). See the Readme file for a full list. Note: MioPocket does not come with MioMap, iGo, Garmin, TomTom or any other commercial navigation software. Icons and scripts are included for them, but not the programs, themselves (since they are not free).

Which devices does MioPocket run on?
Technically, MioPocket should run on any Windows CE-based device. Due to the great many brands and types of devices out there, though, some will have better success than others when it comes to the ease of installation and the number of included features and programs that work. Most major Windows CE-based GPS brands, such as Mio (which MioPocket was originally designed for), Magellan, Navigon, Navman and Asus (and some other lesser brands) have installation instructions in MioPocket's Readme file. For obscure brands without included instructions, you may have to look around online (including the gpspassion.com forums) for unlock instructions and then adapt MioPocket accordingly... or be a pioneer and figure it out for yourself. Note that TomTom and Garmin devices are Linux-based and, hence, MioPocket (which is Windows CE-based) cannot run on them.

Does MioPocket install to SD or to flash disk (SD-free)?
Both. You have the option of either. See the Readme file for instructions.

Which features make MioPocket unique compared to other unlocks?
* Edit icons directly via an easy-to-use menu (no more manual file editing)
* Support for 480x272, 320x240, 480x234 and 800x480 displays.
* Install to SD card or to internal flash drive (SD-free).
* Close any open application, even those without any way to exit.
* Minimize any open application and return to it at any time.
* Bring up the keyboard without closing or minimizing an application.
* Input text via small keyboard, large keyboard or handwriting recognition.
* Rotate the screen on-the-fly for apps that work better in portrait mode.
* Remote control your device from your Windows desktop.
* Access your device while connected to USB (no connection screen in the way).
* Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 3.5 pre-installed.
* Assign any app (ex. MioMap, any other navigation app or the device's original menu) to a quick launch button found on every page.
* Access the start menu without displaying the obstructive and ugly taskbar.
* Automatic registry importing. Just add your own .reg file to the Registry folder and it will be imported during installation.
* All of MioPocket's settings can be configured directly from a menu within MioPocket.
* More included applications and games than any other unlock.

미오포켓이란?..
간단하게 간추려서 말하자면 프리 웨어이며 Wince 기반 장치의 4.0~5.0에 설치 가능한 프로그램의 설치 가능 패키지 입니다.

먼저 다운로드 받기 전에..
모트 스크립트라는 프로그램을 받아야 됩니다.
현재 최신 버젼으로는 4.3 까지 나왔으나 그냥 대중에 퍼져있는 4.2 버젼을 올립니다.

그 전에..
받기전에 주의 할 것이 있습니다.
설치하는 순간 자신이 설정한 대부분의 레지스트리가 날라가며 ex) .txt - 메모장 을 설정 하면 .txt - Pocket Word로 바뀜.
인터넷, 동영상, 문서 등의 모든 프로그램 설정이 다 바뀝니다.
pmp, mp4(minipmp), 전자사전, 민트패스 등의 모든 설정이 뒤바뀌며 어떤 오류가 일어날지 장담 못합니다.
저는 내 장치의 My Document의 모든 파일들이 날라갔습니다.(--.. 거기에 모든 세이브 게임 파일과 문서, 프로그램들을 저장해 놨었는데 전부 날라가는 바람에 상당히 일이 꼬였던..) 거기다가 USB 연결이 안 됬습니다.(설정 하는게 있긴하지만.. 쩝;; 저는 다른 방법으로)

먼저 경로입니다.
경로는 왠만하면 상관없으나 가끔 다른 곳에다가 넣으면 경로 타령을 하면서 실행이 안되는 경우가 있습니다.
그러므로 왠만하면 위의 기본경로를 사용해 주세요.

모트 스크립트를 설치하고 MioAutoRun(흰색)을 누르면 이런 물음이 뜨는데요.
SD 카드에다가 설치 할것이냐, 말 것이냐의 물음 입니다.
저의 L900S는 없기도 하거니와 만들수 도 있지만 번거러움을 만들기 귀찮으므로 아니요를 선택했습니다.

그리고 경로선택이 뜨는데요.
그 부분의 스샷은 구하지 못했으므로.. Pass~
아무튼 자기가 설치하고 싶은 경로를 선택하여 줍니다.

이런 글이 뜨는데 경로 선택이 잘못 되었을 경우 다시 하라는 글 입니다.
잘 선택하였다면 그냥 OK를 눌러줍시다.

설치 중 화면 입니다.
모든 레지스트리를 적용 중 입니다.
모든 설정을 하신분 이라면 상당히 짜증날 일입니다.
그러므로 레지스트리를 백업을 해두는게 좋겠죠.

설치가 다 되었을 경우의 스샷 입니다.

L900S는 이상하게 붉은 화면으로 뜨네요;;(저만 그럴수도..)
원래 정상화면은 이렇게 떠야 되는데 말이죠;;ㅠㅠ

480x272의 화면 입니다..
지금 부터 설명이 들어 갑니다.
먼저 위의 스샷에 스타트 버튼은 기존의 Windows CE 메뉴가 뜹니다.(시작줄의 시작을 누르는 것)
젤위 왼쪽 구석의 네비 퀵 런쳐는 .. 뭐더라;;
에딧 아이콘은 미오포켓의 아이콘이 뜨는 것을 설정 할 수 있습니다.(그냥 왠만하면 내버려 두는 것이..)
사이드 바는 자주쓰는 유틸 프로그램을 나열 해 놓은 것 같네요.
클로즈 버튼은 당연히 뭔지 아시죠?
미니 바는 하단 아래 Windows CE 에서도 자주 쓰는 프로그램들을 나열 해 놨습니다.
사운드바, 키보드, 화면회전(L900S에서 쓰려다가 자꾸 타이밍을 놓쳐서 못해봤는데.. 쩝 -ㅅ-)
나머지 두개중 모니터 화면 아이콘은 모르겠네요.
그리고 마지막에 창으로 나열되어 있는 것은 현재 실행하고 있는 프로그램 목록들을 띄우는 것 입니다.
누르면 종료가 가능하지요.(다른 실행 프로그램들)

그리고 내 컴퓨터 모양은 내 장치로 가며, 니트로젠은 음악 프로그램, 미디어 플레이어는 HPC 미디어 플레이어 프로그램입니다.(동영상 프로그램) 그 외에는 알아서..;;

현재는 토탈 커맨더 창으로 왔네요..
하단의 구석에 빨간색으로 표시된 것을 누르면 위와 같은 창이 뜨는데 접을 것이냐 말것이냐 하는 물음창 입니다.

그러면 위와 같은 화면으로 되지요.
화면을 꺼주려면 위의 클로즈 버튼을 누르면 소프트 프로그램이 꺼집니다.
그리고 미오 포켓을 끄려면 미오포켓 화면에서 클로즈 버튼을 눌러줍니다. 그러면..

위와 같은 화면이 뜹니다.
대기화면, 소프트 리셋, 하드 리셋, 모바일 기기 끄기, 미오포켓 끄기가 있습니다.
꺼주려면 클로즈 미오포켓을 누르고 ok를 눌러줍시다.(l900s에서 대기 모드 하면 꺼져요;;)

그리고 미오 포켓을 위에 클로즈 버튼으로 꺼주면 미오포켓이 설정한 바탕화면이 뜹니다.
그리고 삭제를 하려면..

세팅의 리무브 mp(미오포켓의 약자)를 눌러주면..

정말로 삭제할거냐는 물음이 뜹니다.. 하시려면 예를 눌러주시면 됩니다.

여기 까지 였습니다..
아무 생각 없이 이 프로그램 통합 팩을 받으시려는 분들 께서는 그냥 접어두시기 바랍니다.
상당한 주의를 필요로 하는 프로그램 입니다..
설치를 하고나서 나중에 저한테 뭐라고 말하지 마세요.. 어디까지나 저는 권유를 하는 것 이니깐요.[내가 만든 사람도 아니고 -ㅅ-..

저한테 일어난 오류..
USB연결이 안되었으며, My Document 안에 있던 모든 잡다 프로그램, 문서들이 날라갔습니다.
USB연결이야 그냥 간단 해결 했지만 .. 내 문서에 있던 .. 커허헉 ㅠㅠ..
